Background

Adrian Lores de la Pena ("Adrian") humble beginnings, and life experiences coming to these United States of America made him want to be someone that could and would help others. Although there were multiple avenues to achieve this goal, Adrian became an Attorney. 

Adrian has extensive accounting and tax experience having worked in one of the top five accounting firms in the world as well as other medium and small accounting firms and law firms. Adrian has also managed his own tax consulting and tax preparation practice. Before opening Lores Law PLLC, Adrian advised foreigners on their current or desired structure for inbound and outbound transaction operations in the United States. Additionally, Adrian has also assisted clients in with trusts' creation as well with matters regarding United States pre-immigration tax planning, among others.
 

Qualifications

Adrian possesses a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M in Taxation) from the world-renowned Graduate Tax Program from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. 

Giving Back

Adrian believes in giving back to the community, which is why Adrian has employed his time volunteering to do pro bono work for a taxpayer who is unable to resolve their tax. That is why Adrian is an American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section member, where he has helped taxpayers settle their tax debt with the Internal Revenue Service. Adrian also believes in helping and inspiring, so he is a member of The Florida Bar's Speakers Bureau, where he volunteers to give talks as a guest speaker.
